EXCHANGE/REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

1. EXCHANGE

We are happy to exchange any item that is unused and unopened. If you will need to exchange your product, please review the information below.

  • We accept exchanges on items purchased on loliviacreations.com only up to 7 days after the original purchase.
  • Please mail our customer care on hello@loliviacreations.com for an address to send item to.
  • Please enclose the product you wish to exchange and your receipt. On the receipt, write instructions on what item(s) to exchange.
  • If there is a difference in cost with the exchange, one of our customer service representatives may reach out to you for further information.
  • You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded; unless you received a wrongly delivered item (in which case L’OLIVIATM shall handle).

All wrongly delivered orders upon confirmation can be exchanged for the correct item(s) at no extra cost to the customer. The satisfaction of our customers is our utmost responsibility.

Please Note: Empty containers cannot be accepted for an exchange. It is the customer’s responsibility to review and stay updated on our policies, and we reserve the right to update these policies without notifying the customer.

2. REFUND

We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. While we hope that you are always satisfied with your L’OLIVIATM purchase, we realize there are times that you may need to return a product. If you will need to return your product for a refund, please review the information below.

  • Returns must be made within 15 days of your receipt date for a refund.
  • Items must be in its original, undamaged, unopened, and unused condition.
  • We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return.
  • Please mail our customer care on hello@loliviacreations.com for an address to send item to.
  • Please note on the front side of your receipt or packing slip the reason for your return.
  • You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded; unless you received a wrongly delivered item (in which case L’OLIVIATM shall handle).
  • Please make sure to record your tracking number because we cannot issue a refund until our office confirms receipt of the returned item. Kindly also note that we will not be responsible for lost packages in this process.
  • All refunds will be credited to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.
  • Refunds will be processed within 1-2 weeks of our office receiving your item.
  • Please allow at least 2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your credit card statement.

Only items purchased on www.loliviacreations.com may be accepted for a refund. Items purchased from www.loliviacreations.com cannot be returned or exchanged at retailers that sell L’OLIVIATM products.

3. CANCELLATION

We hope that you are always satisfied with your L’OLIVIATM purchase. However, if you have need to cancel your order, please review the information below.

  • We authorize cancellation of orders within 3 hours of placing the order.
  • Please call our HOT LINE (+234) 812-301-1030 or mail our customer care on hello@loliviacreations.com for a request to cancel your order.
  • Please state in your mail or phone call your reason for cancelling your order. This feedback will further help us in serve you better.

All orders placed cannot be cancelled after 3 hours of placement as we may not be able to reverse other third-party responsibilities in that transaction. Our customers’ satisfaction is our utmost responsibility.
